Exceptions may be considered in cases of serious or unforeseen circumstances.
Where a late cancellation is approved, the session may be rescheduled; however, a venue fee of AED 150 for outdoor sessions or AED 200 for indoor sessions will still apply, as these costs are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
If outdoor courts are unplayable due to extreme weather conditions (such as heavy rain or flooding), no cancellation fee will apply.
