Sessions must be cancelled more than 24 hours before the start time to receive the credit back. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may result in losing that session or a 50% fee, depending on what you’ve booked. Please refer to the specific policy under each service for exact details.
A no-show is treated as a late cancellation. The session is fully charged and no credit is returned, as that time has been reserved for you.
SK-ELEVATE offers tennis coaching from 3 years old and up. Sessions are tailored to age, level and attention span, so young players stay engaged and safe.
Yes, but only with medical clearance. You must have your doctor’s written approval and share details of your surgery or injury with me in advance. I will then adapt the session to your current abilities to keep you safe. Equipment will be provided for your Pilates session.
Pilates: Sessions are uninterrupted in normal bad weather. If heavy rain in Dubai causes road closures or makes it unsafe to travel, we will reschedule your session free of charge, and you will not be billed.
Tennis (outdoor courts): In case of rain or unsafe conditions, outdoor sessions will be cancelled free of charge, and your credit remains available for rescheduling.
Tennis (indoor facilities): Sessions will usually go ahead as scheduled. If roads are blocked or it’s unsafe for you to reach the venue, we will reschedule free of charge and you won’t be billed.
Policies
1. Responsibility for Safety & Fitness
By booking a lesson, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating in tennis training. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate footwear and equipment for the lesson. Please inform us of any existing injuries or medical conditions prior to the session to ensure the lesson can be adapted to your needs.
2. Playing at Your Own Risk
You participate in the lesson at your own risk. While we take every measure to ensure your safety during the session, any physical activity carries inherent risks. By attending the lesson, you agree to assume responsibility for any injuries that may occur.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
To avoid any cancellation fees, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full lesson fee.
4. Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will be charged. If we are running late, the lesson time will be extended accordingly.1. Health & Medical Responsibility

You must inform me of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies, surgeries, or physical limitations prior to your session. If you are recovering from injury or have a medical condition, you may be required to obtain clearance from a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
2. Personal Responsibility During TrainingPilates involves controlled physical movement and muscular activation.
You are responsible for working within your own limits and communicating any discomfort, pain, or concerns during the session.
Exercises will be adapted where appropriate, but it is your responsibility to inform me immediately if something feels unsafe or uncomfortable.
3. Injury & Risk Acknowledgment
While Pilates is low-impact, physical activity carries inherent risks including muscle soreness, strain, or injury.
By attending sessions, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.

By purchasing a video analysis, you are agreeing to receive a detailed review of your tennis stroke, including slow-motion breakdowns, expert feedback, and personalized suggestions for improvement (one shot of your choice per one video analysis purchase).
2. No Refunds or Cancellations
Once a video analysis is purchased, it is non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Please ensure that you submit the correct video content and provide relevant instructions.
3. Video Submission
You are responsible for submitting high-quality video footage for analysis. Videos can be filmed using a phone (as long as the footage is clear, well-lit, and stable). Ensure the video is captured from an appropriate angle to allow for proper analysis. I am not responsible for any errors or issues arising from poor video quality or incorrect angles.
4. Timing of Delivery
Once your video is submitted, you can expect to receive the analysis within 3-5 business days. Any delays in submission or incomplete information may result in a delay in the turnaround time.
