Cancellation Policy

1. Responsibility for Safety & Fitness By booking a lesson, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating in tennis training. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate footwear and equipment for the lesson. Please inform us of any existing injuries or medical conditions prior to the session to ensure the lesson can be adapted to your needs. 2. Playing at Your Own Risk You participate in the lesson at your own risk. While we take every measure to ensure your safety during the session, any physical activity carries inherent risks. By attending the lesson, you agree to assume responsibility for any injuries that may occur. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling To avoid any cancellation fees, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full lesson fee. 4. Punctuality Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will be charged. If we are running late, the lesson time will be extended accordingly.
