Cancellation Policy

1. Responsibility for Safety & Fitness By booking a session, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in tennis training. It is your responsibility to wear appropriate footwear and use suitable equipment. If you do not have a racket, one can be provided - please inform me in advance so it can be arranged. Please also inform me of any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions prior to your session so it can be adapted accordingly. 2. Participation at Your Own Risk All sessions are undertaken at your own risk. While every effort is made to ensure a safe training environment, participation in physical activity carries inherent risks. By attending, you accept full responsibility for any injuries that may occur. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate. 4. Exceptions to Cancellation & Rescheduling Exceptions may be considered in cases of serious or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the session may be rescheduled; however, a fee of AED 150 will still apply to cover prior arrangements. If outdoor courts are not playable due to extreme weather conditions (such as heavy rain or flooding), no fee will be charged. Indoor sessions remain chargeable, as courts are still available and subject to venue costs. If a session is cancelled by the coach, it will be rescheduled or fully refunded where applicable. 5. Punctuality Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals will not extend the session time, and the full fee will still apply.
