Time: 7:00AM - 9:00AM

Level: Beginner+ to Intermediate 

(Beginner+ = you’ve played before and can rally 2-3 balls)


Rally & Align is a curated experience designed to help you improve your game, challenge your body, and feel stronger on and off the court - all in a high-vibe, supportive environment.


We start with one hour on court, focusing on technical fundamentals through structured drills, rally-based exercises, and game-led play. This session is designed to help you build consistency, improve your technique, and leave with real takeaways you can apply straight away.


We then transition into a Pilates for tennis session, delivering a full-body workout with a focus on strength, stability, and control. Expect to challenge your core, improve mobility, and build the strength needed to support your performance on court.


Finish the experience with matcha or coffee, and a relaxed opportunity to socialise and connect with like-minded people in a feel-good, curated setting.

⁠•⁠  Not suitable for complete beginners

•⁠  ⁠Please bring your own Pilates or yoga mat

•⁠  ⁠Rackets available upon request (please let us know in advance)
